Massage is one of the simplest kinds of treatment available for the tennis elbow. One can do massage by applying calculated pressure in circular motion to the affected area which will lead to greater blood and thereby help in relaxing the muscles. But in case it is painful to massage the affected area than the massage therapy is not recommended.

There is another therapy known as manual therapy which involves a trained therapist or professional who carefully exercises the injured parts and attempts in fixing the marginally displaced bones etc back to the original place. Basically manual therapy is conducted in order to slowly mobilize the elbow and to help in improving the blood circulation in the elbow.

Even though manual therapy is not scientifically or medically proven to be a treatment for tennis elbow but many people who have tried this therapy have a positive review about it.
