Some of the most commonly known causes behind tennis elbow are too much pressure on the elbow, elbow injury, recurring movements of the elbow, pressure on the radial nerve, injury caused to the muscles, tendons and ligaments around the elbow joint and it can also be due to stress.
There are various kinds of natural home remedies which can be easily performed at home for tennis elbow such as applying ice packs over the elbow joint for around 20 minutes in every two to three house of gap.
